A birthday party at the barn is a very unique

and unforgettable experience that is bound to

make any birthday celebration special!

Package Includes: Use of the Party Room for Three (3) Hours, Tables and Chairs Provided

A Pony Ride for Each Child (3 yrs. and above)

Please note: The pony ride time will be limited so that all party participants can be accommodated.

Most parties typically begin with cake and ice cream brought by the adults (parents) coordinating the party and finishes with a pony ride. The pony ride is not a riding lesson, but a short ride on the pony who is led around by a trained professional. Parents are encouraged to bring any additional items and treats they would like to give to their guests.

The party room is located in the upstairs section of our multi-purpose room in the main building. It is air-conditioned and you may bring decorations to suit your party and decorate the room.

To insure the health and safety of our guests, we ask that all children participating in the pony rides be a minimum of three (3) years of age at the time of the party. Younger children are certainly welcome to attend the festivities, but will not be permitted to ride the pony. All pony riders must wear a helmet. (We have helmets available for children to borrow at no additional cost.) They should also wear closed-toe, non-slip shoes. Sandals are not permitted. For comfort, long pants are also recommended.

AAES (Camp Koda) reserves the right to change the arrangement if the weather, time of day, and other events, etc. warrant it.

We are also more than happy to work with you to create a customized birthday party plan to include a tour of the barn, including Q&A regarding horse care or give party participants the opportunity to pet or groom a horse under the guidance of a professional trainer!

In some instances a cancellation is necessary, however, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if such an occasion arises.

You will be billed for the minimum amount of guests for each party as part of the agreement. For example: If the package specifies five as the minimum and only four guests attend, you will still be billed for the full amount ($45.00) per child. However, if you are expecting twelve children and only ten arrive, you will only be billed the $40.00 per child since the minimum has been met.

A Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement must be submitted for each child and adult attending the party.

Please note that the $50.00 deposit is required and is non-refundable.

You will receive a discount of 3% if the fee is paid in cash.
