After School Fun Classes
Please note: Art, Fun
and Games, is only available during the school year
September-May.

Horsemanship
These classes are
available on Mondays through Fridays from
3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m. |
Children will be in the
barn and the classroom to learn more about various
careers and facets of the horse industry to
include: Instructor - Veterinarian - Blacksmith -
Barn Manager - Tack - Groom - Nutrition - Breeds. |

Fun & Games
Crafts
Fun Classes are available
on Mondays through Fridays from
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
ART: Children learn how to draw
and paint through learning about the horse -
Realistic drawing and painting - basic drawing and
shading lesson - still life - landscape -
portraiture
FUN & GAMES: After school Fun and Games
provides opportunities for development in problem
solving skills and physical fitness. Kids
participate in brain teasers, outdoor games and
sports, and other fun activities. A structured
setting promotes team building and social skills.
CRAFTS: Crafts classes provide
exploration in creativity through participation in
projects such as woodworking, knitting, beading, and
scrap booking. Children develop fine motor
skills by following instructions and learning to
complete projects from start to finish.

German
Fridays
6:00 p.m. |
GERMAN: Using the
horse as the overall general theme, children are
taught the German language. Learning German is made
fun through songs, games and special projects.
Note:
The German Class is not available at this time. |

Theory
Theory Classes available
are provided on Mondays through Fridays from
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. |
THEORY: The Theory Program Classes
cover a wide variety of topics to round out your equestrian education and give the student a deeper
understanding of the equestrian art. The program focuses on equestrian principles including
mounting & dismounting, horse care, horse behavior, seat and aids, tack, gaits and footfall. Horse
motion is included and more. (Pricing below does not include Theory classes, please contact the
office for more information and pricing on the classes available.)
Theory classes are part
of the AAES Rider Certificate Program, Session
Program, and Helper Program. |
